Plans
Set each Claude account's plan and monthly fee. This is the only place money appears; everywhere else the dashboard counts tokens. The advice compares how hard each account is used (tokens, limit hits, idle days) with its plan.
Seen in use
Every Claude account and the projects it was used on. Projects in the account's team are allowed. If a repo name differs from the project name on your sheet, link it once ("pinboard" → Pinnwand); allow anything else one by one.
